退款政策

退款政策

選定的商品可在您收到訂單的日期起七天內退貨。所有退回的商品必須是全新/原裝,並保留所有標籤和原整包裝。我們將不接受任何未達到這個條件的物品。

 

退貨運費由客戶承擔。我們將不提供退貨標籤或退還運費。請確保所有退回的物品包裝良好。退貨包裹直到我們收到前都是客戶承擔責任。建議您在退回包裹時採取必要的預防措施,使用註冊和可追踪的服務。我們將不對在退貨過程中損壞或遺失的物品負責。

如果您收到的物品不正確、缺失或有瑕疵,請在收到訂單後的七天內與我們聯繫。在收到包裹後,請附上您的訂單號、物品照片和所有相關參考信息。

我們的網站保留拒絕不符合我們退貨政策的退貨的權利。不遵守我們政策的退貨可能會由我們自行決定退回到原來的郵寄地址。

 

如何申請退貨

申請退貨,請點擊訂單狀態,並輸入您的訂單編號。所有退貨均需寄回以下地址:

我們不會對郵寄中丟失的物品承擔任何責任,因此建議使用可追蹤的服務並獲得郵費證明。如有任何查詢,請連同您的訂單編號電郵至  cs@aaronkwok.com.hk 。

如有損壞或未附有原有標籤的退貨將不會受理並會退回給客戶。本公司保留決定商品是否符合換貨或退貨條款的權利。

 

換貨

我們無法提供換貨服務,但我們接受退貨。我們要求您退回原商品以獲得退款,然後下新訂單購買適合的商品。

 

退款

退款將在收到退貨後7個工作天內向您原來的付款方式發放退款。退款處理完成後,系統會發送退款確認至您的電子郵件信箱。您的金融機構可能需要額外的時間來處理退款至您的帳戶。

請注意,原有的運費怒不退還。

 

RETURN Policy

Selected items can be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.

 

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees. Please ensure all returned items are well packaged. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.

If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.

Our website reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 To create a return; click on Order Status, and enter your Order ID. All returns are to be made to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post so we recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.For any enquiries please email cs@arronkwok.com.hk with your Order ID. 

Returns that are damaged, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Our company reserve the right to decide if the merchandise is in condition for exchange or refund. 

 

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

 

Refunds

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
