運輸和手續費
我們的網站可在全球範圍內進行運送。為了讓您放心，我們為所有包裹提供追踪號碼。根據運送地址，訂單將通過速遞服務如順豐速運、香港特快專遞或本地特快專遞運送。
香港消費金額滿$600元或以上的單筆訂單可享有免運費 (只限正價商品不包括限時折價商品)。
運費和運送時間
請允許我們最多2個工作日處理您的訂單。運費和運送時間可能因您所在的地點而有所差異。
香港
送香港HKD $50運費, 透過順豐速運簽名服務。運輸時間為4-7個工作日。
中國內地和澳門
送往中國內地和澳門的訂單，將收取固定的HKD $150運費；透過順豐速運簽名服務。運輸時間為7-14個工作日。
*訂購了兩件或以上貨品及總額超出國內所限制的人民幣八百元，我們無法安排送貨。
順豐速運需要分拆兩件或以上包裹寄出，需要額外支付運費才可安排寄出。
亞洲地區
送往亞洲地區，包括台灣、南韓、日本、印尼、泰國或其他地區的訂單，將收取HKD250運費；視乎您的所在地而定，將透過香港特快專遞或順豐速運簽名服務。運輸時間為7-14個工作日。
國際
國際安全簽名運輸 - HKD350 - 所有東南亞以外的訂單，視乎您的所在地而定，將透過香港特快專遞、順豐速運、聯邦快遞和DHL等安全簽名快遞服務運送。歐洲、澳大利亞和北美洲的預計運輸時間為7-14個工作日。對於其他國家，實際的運送時間在訂單發送後提供。
進口稅和關稅
您須負責所有外地稅項及相關費用，包括進口關稅、進口增值稅和進口消費稅等。我們不會承擔與外地稅項相關的責任或義務。若您未支付或未正確支付有關稅項，將導致貨物問題和費用，我們將不負責及不作出賠償損失。
中國內地訂單:
訂購了兩件或以上貨品及總額超出國內所限制的人民幣八百元，我們無法安排送貨。
順豐速運需要分拆兩件或以上包裹寄出，因此需要額外支付運費才可安排寄出。
訂單追蹤
訂單發貨後，您將收到一封電子郵件更新，其中包括相關的運輸詳情和追踪號碼。您可以點擊電子郵件中的鏈接查看您的訂單預計到達時間。
如果您在完成付款之日起五個工作日後仍未收到追踪確認，請通過電子郵件cs@aaronkwok.com.hk與我們聯繫，並提供您的訂單號碼以獲取更多信息。
請注意，追踪信息只會在訂單發貨後一個工作日在網上更新。
Shipping and handling
Our site ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. Orders are shipped via SF Express, Hong Kong SpeedPost or Local Express Courier, depending on the shipping address.
Local Shipping free shipping on orders with regular priced items over HKD600. Not applicable to discounted, sale products.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order.
The shipping costs and transit time may vary depending on your location.
HONG KONG
On orders to Hong Kong local delivery, a fix rate of HKD$50 will be charged; via signed for services by SF Express. Transit time would be 1 - 3 business days
CHINA & MACAU
On orders to China, Macau a fix rate of HKD$150 will be charged; via signed for services by SF Express. Transit time would be 1 - 3 business days.
For Mainland order:
Due to two or more items and the total amount exceeding the limit of RMB800, we are unable to arrange delivery.
Therefore, SF Express needs to split the shipment into two or more packages, and you will need to pay additional shipping fees to proceed with the delivery
ASIA region
On orders to Asia region including Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand or any others HKD250 will be charged; via signed for services by Hong Kong Speedpost, SF Express depending on your location. Transit time would be 1 - 5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
International secure signed for – HKD350 - All orders outside Southeast Asia are sent via secure signed for courier service by Hong Kong Speedpost, SF Express, Fedex and DHL - depending on your location. Estimated transit time would be 3- 7 business days over Europe, Austrialia and North American. For other countries, the accurate transit times available after the order shipped.
Import Tax and Duties
The recipient shall bear all import taxes and related charges, including import duties, value-added taxes, and consumption taxes. In the event that the recipient fails to pay or incorrectly pays import taxes, resulting in issues or costs related to the goods, we shall not be held liable and shall not compensate for any losses.
For Mainland order:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
If you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us at cs@aaronkwok.com.hk with your order number for more information.
Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one business day after your order has been shipped.
